Dogs bring a sense of companionship and happiness to most households, but there can come a time when things go wrong. Dogs aren’t robots; there are behaviours they can demonstrate that can cause misery in your day-to-day life. From unruly walking to shredding furniture, dogs can sometimes be a source of frustration if they are left to their own devices. It’s also
important for their own and other dogs’ safety that you give them the dog training they deserve. Every dog can benefit from training, regardless of their breed, or age. The rewards on offer for a well-behaved dog are massive, so why not get started today?

WHAT WE DO
Unlike many other dog trainers, we train these types of issues out on a walk, rather than in the confined parameters of a hall or open space of a field. Training while on a walk allows us to practice a variety of known skills, and helps your dog learn to deal with real-world distractions.
Training behaviours in real-life scenarios makes development faster and allows you to implement what has been learnt a lot easier. As you are in your everyday normal environment, as dog trainers, we can spot problems that you may have not even considered yourself and could have been missed in a larger group class.
WHAT CAN OUR DOG TRAINING HELP WITH?
One-to-one dog training is the starting point for many issues involving anti-social behaviour or fear-based behaviour in dogs such as:

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
When you go away on holiday you want to know that your dog will be in safe and reliable hands. You also want to relax knowing they are having a great time too. Not every owner or dog likes kennels, sometimes you want a home away from home where your dog can be themselves, exploring 12 acres of outdoor space by day and cosying up by a log fire by night.
We want you and your dog to feel confident, secure, and happy in our presence. This is why we carry out a one-hour familiarisation session. We have one staff for every five dogs because we know the importance of human interaction for all dogs here.
Once your dog bonds with our staff, we’re confident that you’ll feel very relaxed in leaving them in our care, while we get to work on important dog training skills for your pooch to learn.
The best advice from our trainers
Dog training isn’t just about telling your dog to give you a paw or roll over. It’s important that you learn the skills we teach your dog as well so that you can use them on an ongoing basis at home or when you’re out for a walk.
Training can be basic or advanced, depending on the needs of your dog and your individual circumstances. We know that every dog is different, every owner is different, and every situation is different. Our trainers have seen it all so we welcome any questions and we guarantee that you will see some sort of positive result from what we have to tell and show you.
